Chantele's Creamy Chicken

Beware, this dish is rich! It is also not healthy in any way.

3-4 chicken breasts
3-4 slices white american deli cheese slices
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup of white wine
shredded cheese (I used colby jack)
garlic cheese croutons, crushed
grated/shredded parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease baking pan and add chicken breasts. Top with cheese slices. In a bowl, combine cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup and white wine. Pour over top of chicken. Top with shredded cheese. Using a rolling pin, crush the croutons. I opened the bag to get the air out and then resealed it. Crush using rolling pin. Top with crushed croutons and then parmesan cheese. Cook for one hour.

I made mashed potatoes and then used the sauce as the gravy. Could also serve over egg noodles.
